This is wonderful- they added a sunroom onto a little cabin. 

The kitchen is small, but the appliances & double sink are full size.

Extra room can be used for anything. 

Very nice.

But the star of the home is this delightful sunroom.

Hands down, my BEST bargain find, so far. This beauty, built in 1880, in Friendship, New York (don’t you love the name of the town?), is listed for $39,000. With $1,950 down, plus all the other stuff, it would cost approximately $175 mo. 

The current owners made $50,000 worth of repairs and it needs someone to take it to the next level. 

Lovely.

Only pic of kitchen- must need work, but maybe the island comes with it.

Has 3 bedrooms- love this light, bright, attic room.
